Product Abstract: Menthyl salicylate is the principal constituent of this plant. Wintergreen and Sweet Birch Oil are nearly identical in chemical composition and aroma; similarly, both were used in traditional folk remedies by the aboriginal peoples of North America.
Cautions: For external use only; dilute before use. May cause skin irritation in some individuals; a skin test is recommended prior to use. Contact with eyes should be avoided.
